1. Broken and Damage to any materials is not to be entertained
2. Fees deposited once after can not be adjusted or refundable.
3. Please maintain silence in the library premises and always carry an ID card issued by the library.
4. The library is authorized to change the rules and regulation at any point to time without prior notice.
5. We shall be thankful for your cooperation and support.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Study Cafe reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. THE STUDY CAFE at its sole discretion may cancel any reservation(s):

1. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
2. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
